Member Online

The Member Online page is a great place to view and update the pension records you hold with us. You will need to sign in or register to validate access to your records.

If you are a member of the Somerfield Pension Scheme and have updates to make or have any queries regarding your pension, you will need to contact somerfield.pensions@firstactuarial.co.uk who now administer the scheme. Any updates made via Member Online will not be automatically updated on their system.

You can contact pensionsregistrationqueries@coop.co.uk with your pension number and/or username if you need help
